Best Parking Meter Scam
This is a very clever parking meter scam. The scammer waits for people to pay their parking meter, then pulls it out of the ground and runs away with it... and with the presumed millions of dollars it contains.

i dont find it funny! but the only thing that has humor is the peoples faces when he takes it away1 what does he do with it after wards? does he take the money out??????
