Massive Lubavitch Bar Mitzvah in Cincinnati
Members of the Chabad community in Cincinnati and bochurim of the local Chabad Yeshiva got to participate this week in a joyful Bar Mitzvah celebration of Reuven Goffstein.Reuven is being raised by a single mom and bochurim felt he deserved a party like all youngsters his age. A fully catered meal was prepared by community members and bochurim - making it the largest Bar Mitzvah said to ever happen in the city. Just a few short hours after the Bar Mitzvah, Reuven left for New York where "The Twins from France" picked him up at the airport and brought him to 770 Eastern Parkway to get his very first Aliya to the Torah. Once in Crown Heights, he spent the day with friends. A final celebration and mini camp reunion was held at Mendy's Deli where a mini second Bar Mitzvah took place.
