Last week thousands of Chabad Shluchos flocked to NY. Due to the cold weather taking a photo out in front of 770 as is the coustom was not an option. Instead  A team of skilled photographers did the photo indoors, and still made it look like it was in front of 770. See the Final Photo HERE
